As a mom of four and a wife of 12 years to my husband, Austin Wasserman, I understand that a home is far more than a purchase—it’s the foundation for family, lifestyle, and long-term connection. Before entering real estate, I spent 15 years in management with Starbucks, where I led teams, built strong community relationships, and delivered elevated, consistent customer experiences. That leadership background instilled a people-first mindset and a deep commitment to communication, accountability, and follow-through—values I carry into every client relationship today.
