These communities will offer some very amazing amenities including shopping, entertainment, dining, and a hotel by a beach front lagoon. Those interested in purchasing a home here can choose from condominiums, single-family homes, and even estates! And who says you have to lose the magic as you age? There will be 55+ communities available as well! The homes will also be designed with the uniqueness, beauty, and wonder that Disney brings.

There will be a 24-acre oasis equipped with a crystal clear lagoon and beach park. A lagoon they say will be so clear and beautiful because it will be powered by crystal lagoon technology.
